  • Implemented and configured co-management between Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr/SCCM) and Intune, facilitating modern management of Windows devices.
  • Orchestrated the implementation of Windows Autopilot to streamline the modern provisioning process for Windows devices
  • Established and configured the Microsoft Configuration Manager Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) for remote management of corporate devices over the internet
  • Designed and deployed Conditional Access policies, mandating multi-factor authentication (MFA) for external resources

  • Architected a solution to easily identify which Products should be selected on the ConfigMgr/SCCM Software Update Point (SUP) and WSUS
  • Created custom ConfigMgr/SCCM reports utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). These reports provided metrics not available in the out-of-box reports provided by Microsoft
  • Designed and generated custom reports using PowerBI to provide insights beyond standard Microsoft offerings
